    孟帝•克里斯蒂安（Monty Christian），毕业于新墨西哥州州立大学，先后获得理学学士和理学硕士学位，对棉花育种技术颇感兴趣，从事农产品贸易20余年，曾就职于Union Carbide公司、Rhone-Poulenc公司和Aventis公司，于2003年加盟FiberMax，从拜耳农作物科技公司北卡罗来那州首府罗利的北美洲自由贸易区总部调到得克萨斯州拉伯克的全球棉花总部工作，现任拜耳农作物科技公司Certified FiberMax棉种市场营销主管。
Monty has been in the agriculture business for more than 20 years serving in different roles with various companies including Union Carbide，Rhone-Poulenc and Aventis. Currently he is the Director of Marketing and Business Development for FiberMax Cotton Seed with Bayer CropScience. He joined the FiberMax team in 2003, relocating from Bayer's NAFTA's headquarters in Raleigh, NC to Bayer's BioScience Global Cotton Headquarters in Lubbock, TX. He is a graduate of New Mexico State University where he obtained Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees. He finds the cotton seed business both challenging and stimulating, as well as a great place to work as more technology advances are introduced.
