Changes and the way out
It has been 30 years since China opened itself to the outside world in 1978. However, the fast economic growth of China is now facing the worldwide financial crisis triggered by the “subprime” in the U.S. As a result, Chinese cotton and textile industry are experiencing slower growth and more risks. The 2008’ International Cotton & Textile Summit Forum sponsored by Certified FiberMax®, Bayer CropScience aims to set up a platform for Chinese cotton and textile industry to analyze the domestic policy as well as the world market so as to help them to sharpen the competitive edge and find the way out.
Where is the bottom of the world economy?
How can China survive?
What is the turning point for Chinese textile industry?

What Chinese cotton industry should do to cope with current challenges?

How can Chinese cotton-related enterprises seize the opportunity in the reshuffle?
